  • Watermelon smoothie. Cut the equivalent of two cups of watermelon into pieces and put them in a blender. Add 1/4 cup of skimmed milk and blend for about 15 seconds or until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Add 2 cups of ice cubes then blend again, 20 seconds or as long as necessary to obtain the consistency you want. Here is a link to a watermelon smoothie recipe. [2]
  • Pineapple smoothie. Put 1 cup of skimmed milk in a blender and add 100 grams of pineapple pieces, fresh or canned. Blend this mixture for 1 minute. Pour into a glass 
  • then add 1 teaspoon of cold pressed organic linseed oil. Serve yourself


Consume ginger. Ginger helps calm the gastrointestinal tract and reduce bloating. Add grated fresh ginger to your green tea or make yourself a ginger tea by boiling a few chopped pieces on the root.



Drink peppermint infusions. It is no coincidence that many restaurants offer you peppermint candy after the meal, peppermint helps with digestion. Brew peppermint or add peppermint leaves to your water or green tea.
