1. What does International Women's Day mean to you?

We celebrate the diversity of women on International Women's Day. The ideal image of a woman is no longer important these days. We accept and treat each other with respect, whether we are curvy or slim, tall or short, with or without tattoos… These days it doesn't matter anymore.

2. Who is the woman who inspired you the most / inspires you the most?

My grandmother. She's my favorite woman on earth. She is 80 years old and was born in Lithuania. She has lived through 2 wars, 3 political systems. But she has always remained true to herself, she has never lost her zest for life, she has always known how to be happy and positive. She is satisfied with little and never passes judgment. It motivates me and shows me what is important in life. I love it.

3. What do you think is the biggest challenge of being a woman today?

Find the right balance between family, children, work, love, friends. It is much more difficult now because women are taking care of more and more things at home, at work and in society.

4. What is your favorite thing about being a woman today?

Today, women are independent. You can have a family and still have dreams.

5. What do you think is the most dangerous stereotype about women?

The stereotype of superwomen. Who take care of everything at home, manage the whole family, bring in the money and look gorgeous every day, just like a Victoria's Secret model.

6. What would you like to know about being a woman?

You don't have to be perfect, learn to love yourself for the way you are.

7. What advice would you give to the women of tomorrow?

Just be yourself, follow your dreams and learn to listen to your heart, be strong and happy every day.
